I wanted to visit Hungary for many years before I had the chance to actually go. At that time, it was my first contact with a country showing characteristic and architectural features of the communist regime. I loved the urban landscape of Budapest, its people, and how they stay loyal to the artisanal techniques and products that make Hungary’s food so special. The thing that got my attention the most was the open-air thermal baths culture. I can’t seem to get over it and I wish every city had something as special as that! (Year: 2013)
