Indonesia is a photographer’s dream come true. Its amazing natural light makes the blues bluer, the greens greener and all the colours pop up like you haven’t seen it before. Then, the landscapes, the vegetation, the natural features all around just make it unbelievably ideal for photography. The people, the culture, the gastronomy! Everything’s worth seeing, tasting and experimenting. It reminds me of Thailand, just a bit more radical.
I knew Indonesia would be one of my favourite places even before I stepped foot on it. The “thousand islands” country came with a surprise of the best food I’ve ever had, the most amazing and smiley people (only comparable to the Thai) and the most amazing nature.
If I can’t ever find an excuse to move there, I at least want to go back many times. Always with a good camera!(Year: 2019)
